“As the MTA, its riders and the entire region enter our next normal, strong and continued leadership at the agency’s helm is welcome news. Both Sarah Feinberg and Janno Lieber have demonstrated their commitment to keeping the system running now and into the future, and to ensuring that riders and workers have a safe and reliable trip. We still have a long way to go to build and rebuild our transit network to make it the 21st century system we need and deserve, and this team has shown they can get the job done.
