The New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) has announced the opening of a public comment period for proposed amendments to the Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2011-2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Draft (FFY) 2014-2018 TIP. The amendments program include projects that would be pursued with Superstorm Sandy emergency relief funds. The public comment period begins on Monday, August 19, 2013 and ends at 4 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2013.
