At the July meeting of MNRCC the members elected David Buchwald as Chair and Rhonda Herman as Vice Chair. David, previously Vice-Chair, has been acting Chair for the past year. Both David and Rhonda are from White Plains and will serve for a two-year term. Jim Blair of Ossining continues as the non-voting member on the MTA Board.
