At its June 6 meeting, the leadership of the PCAC rotated as provided in its bylaws. Randolph Glucksman of the MNRCC was elected Chair, Matthew Kessler of the LIRRCC was elected First Vice Chair, and William Guild of the NYCTRC was elected Second Vice Chair.
