On June 17th, the NYCTRC held its annual President’s Forum from 5-7 pm at 2 Broadway in Manhattan. NYCT President Howard Roberts and his staff listened to a variety of comments and complaints from subway riders.
NYCTRC Chair Andrew Albert moderated remarks about station cleanliness, escalator/elevator outages, graffiti, useful life of subway cars, station agents, safety, service changes, and fare issues. Approximately 50 people attended and a summary of the proceedings
