PERMANENT CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE MTA

MINUTES OF DECEMBER 4, 2014

A meeting of the Permanent Citizens Advisory Committee (PCAC) to the MTA was convened at 12:00 noon on December 4, 2014, in the 16th Floor Conference at 2 Broadway, New York City.

The following members were present:

Approval of Agenda and Minutes

The agenda for the December 4, 2014 meeting was approved.  The minutes of the September 4, 2014 meeting were approved as amended.

Tom Stalcup discussed the appointment of David Mayer as MTA Chief Safety Officer.  Mr. Mayer was involved in TWA 800 investigation. There was evidence that there was object _______ from _____________.  Mr. Stalcup stated he came to expose Mr. Mayer’s __________________ . It doesn’t make sense represent myself and former NTSB Investigator David Mayer sent to CIA, came back to NTSB and replaced eyewitness group claim.

Andrew Albert asked if Mr. Stalcup had brought his allegations to investigative reporters.  Mr. Stalcup stated yes.  He stated that Kristina Borjesson prepared a documentary.

Mr. Albert wanted to know if the information had been brought to anyone.  Mr. Stalcup stated that it was given to NTSB.  It is located on www.Flight800doc.com

Discussion of going to ______________ brought to press legislators for capital funding.  Trudy Mason request to attend.
