Guest Speaker will be Samuel I. Schwartz, a.k.a. Gridlock Sam, who is one of the leading transportation engineers in the United States.   According to a recent New York Times article, ”he has ideas, lots of them, about how to make sense out of the chaos that is New York’s transportation system.”  He is scheduled to speak at 12:30 pm.
